Research

Andrew Greene is currently a Ph.D. candidate in physical oceanography and is researching the Kuroshio Extension. He is investigating the dynamics of deep eddies and how they interact with seamounts and the upper ocean Kuroshio jet. His work includes analysis of in situ measurements made with Current and Pressure equipped Inverted Echo Sounders (CPIES), ADCPs, ARGO profiling floats, and historical hydrography.
