Magdalena Andres, PhD "An observational study of the Kuroshio in the East China Sea: Local, regional and basin-wide perspectives" (Major Professor: Mark Wimbush). Madalena is a post-doctoral fellow at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
The Ocean Science & Exploration Center will open on June 1 2009. The Center is home to the Pell Marine Science Library and GSO's new Inner Space Center.
