Other Special Equipment; Comments:
----------------------------------
For the Oceanus we will be bringing on board and operating a chirp seismic
reflection system.
The Cape Henlopen cruise will require a sediment grab sampler.
We expect to use the Cape Henlopen's home port of Lewes, Delaware - but this
form does not allow for two different start and end ports.
The Henlopen and the Oceanus cruises MUST NOT OVERLAP, but the ordering is not
important.

Are there special considerations of the science party or cruise scheduling?
Consider science time constraints; coordination of equipment shipping;
two-ship operations; weather windows; mooring turn-around; teaching schedules
and others that will affect scheduling decisions.
-------------------------------------------------
The Cape Henlopen and Oceanus cruises must not overlap. Mid summer is best
for data quality.

Other Special Equipment; Equipment Requiring Special Handling, Storage or
Installation; Comments:
-----------------------
Will be bringing on board and operating a chirp seismic reflection system on
Oceanus cruise. This includes a conducting wire winch system which will be
bolted to the deck.
The Cape Henlopen cruise will make use of a wire winch for grab sampling/short
cores, and a conducting wire winch for a velocity probe tripod.
