This is ship time that is associted with instrument testing for the Scripps
Ocean Bottom Seismometer Instrumentation Pool (OBSIP) in 2003. This is part of
a multi-ship, multi-cruise/day series of cruises off Southern California. This
is an identical request to instrument tests in 2002.
