We seek shiptime to test a new version of the Scripps deeptowed EM transmitter.
This will be principal ship use. Transmitter rebuild is being funded by
ExxonMobil. I will request one UC shipfunds day to cover the 22 July, and the
28 August should be available as piggyback on the Babcock cruise. This will be
ancillary ship use.
We will need the .680 conductor, sliprings, A-frame, and 208 V 3-phase power.
