1) This requests needs to overlap the time requested by Jim Mercer of the
University of Washington. He will be transmitting acoustic signals which
we plan to receive on a towed array from Penn State Univ. I understand
that his time could shift to starting on October 1st, my request needs to
shifted accordingly.
2) Proposal has been coordinated with ONR Ocean Acoustics Program Manager,
