two-ship operations; weather windows; mooring turn-around; teaching schedules

This project is part of the ONR funded NPAL experiment. Measurements will be
made in conjunction with moorings to be deployed by P. Worcester. Acoustic
instruments on mooring
will be sampling intensively Jan-April 2005, so this cruise must take place
during those months. The Revelle is requested because it carries the Doppler
sonar. Any other long-range ADCP would be an acceptable replacement. An
intermdiate class ship is acceptable, as ship size is not important. SeaSoar
operations will be supported by ONR facilities.
