this time. Require 3 days for mobilization of equipment and 2 days for
demobilization of equipment. Requires 2 days transit to Op area, 2 days
transit to San Diego and 7 days of operations for a total time of 16 days.
This is a towing test while in Op area at speeds of 2 to 4.5 knots.
