"I teach Marine Science and Environmental Science at Soddy Daisy High School in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.  Soddy Daisy is located about 6 miles northeast of Chattanooga, Tennessee.  I teach combined classes of 10th-12th graders.  I have been teaching at Soddy Daisy since 1992 in the Science Department.  I am an Armada Master Teacher and participated in plankton collecting off the East Coast of the US and over George's Banks.  I am a Maury Master Teacher, Japan-Fulbright Sustainable Development Teacher, Toyota International Teacher-Costa Rica Participant and, in progress, National Geographic Leadership Teacher.  I like hiking, fishing and reading and I always want to know more."
