Marine Life Science
Marine Life Science Facility
The National Science Foundation provided funding to bring the Center into existence as a core facility for marine research. Located at the interface between Narragansett Bay and Rhode Island Sound, the Center offers students and faculty modern laboratories for culturing marine organisms of all kinds and for investigating their environment and molecular ecology.
Highlights of the Center are the Molecular Ecology Laboratory, the Seawater Facilities that house modern marine aquaria, and the four walk-in Environmental Chambers. For more information or to reserve these facilities for your next experiment please visit the website of the Marine Life Science Facility.
