Areas of Specialization
Research
I work primarily studying lake sediments to extract climate signals. Most of my work involves biogenic varves, which are annual deposits (kind of like tree rings) that can give high-resolution climate information.
Teaching
I am the teaching assistant for an undergraduate course called Impact of Global Change on Rhode Island Coastal Environments (GCH-103). I hope to one day be a tenure-track professor.
