Need trace element/isotope analyses of solids or solutions?

The ICP-MS provides rapid, high precision, simultaneous, multi-element analyses of solids, solutions, and slurries to part per trillion (ppt) levels in a variety of matrices including sea water, geological, metallurgical, aerosol, and biological samples. It can also identify, in a matter of minutes, most of the elements of the periodic table in a qualitative or semi-quantitative way. Upon completion of rapid scanning mode, a re-analysis with a complete calibration for each element can be performed for the most accurate results.
Laser Ablation ICP-MS combines the micrometer-scale resolution of laser probe with the speed, sensitivity, and multielement capability of ICP-MS for determining the spatial variation of trace elements within a solid sample. Repeated laser shots on the same position allow for depth profiling over a small area of the sample, while rastering across a large area gives an integrated or average composition of the sample.
