profiler (ADCP) on the Oleander. In May 1997, the Ocean Color
and Temperature Sensor (OCTS) detected bloom concentrations of phytoplankton
following the continental shelf break for more than 200km east of
approximately 72.5°W; high abundances are represented by darker
shades and the white contour shows the location of the shelf break.
