Research

Mark Prater is a physical oceanographer, presently specializing in Lagrangian measurement techniques, the North Atlantic Current circulation from both observational and modeling perspectives, deep convection processes in the Labrador Sea, secondary circulation in shelfbreak fronts, and flow over sills.
