Room Request Form

Request that a room be reserved for classes, meetings, seminars and other special events.

Login and fill out a form with your event information, and the request will be sent to Pam Thompson, the GSO campus event coordinator. If the event can be accommodated, it will be posted to the online calendar for you.

Please note that upon submitting your request, there may be a pause of several seconds while the request is being sent by email. Please be patient, and avoid clicking the submit button again to prevent sending multiple requests.

Remember to first check the calendar of currently available rooms to help avoid double-booking.
