5/3: Removed Ecuador Clearance from Saito cruise, only port required.

8/1: Changed arrival date of transit to Panama to July 11th. Transit the
canal on 10th.
8/11: Moffett/Saito cruise will end in Manzanillo. Knorr will not
transit back to WHOI.
