10/09: Updated # of  charge days on Garcia, Moyer, Laske
10/05: Addded days to Laske OBS recovery cruise
10/05: Changed dates and ports for Garcia and Moyer
10/05: 	Duennebier cruise removed. Will be rescheduled in 2008
08/07: Added OBS recovery cruise for Laske. Shifted dates and ports of
following cruises.
02/19: Changed end port for NOAA-OE cruise to Galveston and PI to
Fisher.
01/04: Added 2 Infrastructure dives/days (Fornari) to Klein cruise (1
day from Shank/Lutz and 1 day from Von Damm).
12/08: Changed NOAA-OE cruise dates to June 4th to July 6th.
11/18: Shifted Klein cruise one day later
11/02: reduced Bowen HROV science days from 10-9.
